The Latin American Geographies is calling for your contributions! The blog is re-launching as a platform to address contemporary events in Latin America from geographical perspectives, and serve the community of Latin American geography. We will be publishing posts on a broad variety of topics, in four series:
Current events will bring geographical perspectives on ongoing political, social, cultural and environmental happenings across Latin America.
New Publications will review, disseminate and promote new publications in the wide field of Latin American geographies
Emerging Research will open a space for early career researchers, or those doing new fieldwork, to share ideas in formation, and insights from ongoing research projects.
A network of networks will introduce networks of geographers, and groups with geographical interests, from across Latin America.
We hope these series will further the project LAG-UK and be a resource for deepening the links between the geographical communities in the UK and Latin America. If you would like to contribute to any of these series, or have suggestions for networks we should be in touch with, contact the editorial collective at lagukblog@gmail.com
